Responsibilities
- SWBC is seeking a talented individual to support secure, accurate, and auditable access to systems, applications, data, and services.
- This role supports access requests, user lifecycle changes, authentication and authorization workflows, access reviews, and identity governance activities.
- The position is a strong fit for someone with experience in access administration, IT operations, service desk support, information security, compliance support, or identity and access management.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience handling access requests, user lifecycle activities, ticketing workflows, or access-related documentation.
- Experience working with users, business stakeholders, technology teams, or application owners to resolve access-related issues.
- Experience maintaining accurate records, approvals, evidence, and request documentation.
- Ability to recognize incomplete approvals, excessive access, and access requests requiring additional review.
- Familiarity with ticketing, workflow, or case management tools.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, and related productivity tools.
- Experience with enterprise identity and access management platforms.
- Experience supporting access reviews, entitlement reviews, access certifications, or identity governance workflows.
- Familiarity with conditional access, multifactor authentication, phishing-resistant authentication, geofencing, secure file transfer, or encryption-related access controls.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Risk Management, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Security+, ITIL, Microsoft identity-related certification, or other relevant certification preferred.
