Responsibilities
- Lead development of technical documentation supporting Government IT programs.
- Develop, edit, and standardize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions, templates, manuals, and technical guides.
- Design, implement, and maintain documentation portal dashboards supporting Government contract administration.
- Develop dashboards used to monitor contractor performance, SLAs, and Quality Assurance metrics.
- Collaborate with Government SMEs to collect, validate, and organize technical information.
- Review and edit technical documents for clarity, accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Maintain document version control and document repositories.
- Support process improvement initiatives through standardized documentation.

Requirements
- Active Top-Secret Clearance required
- Familiarity with SharePoint or Government collaboration portals
- Experience supporting IT Service Management (ITSM) environments
Nice to have
- Experience creating technical documentation for complex IT environments
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated Knowledge & Experience
- Technical writing methodologies and documentation standards
- Development of SOPs, work instructions, templates, and process documentation
- Quality assurance documentation practices
- Documentation portals and collaboration tools
