Responsibilities
- Develop strategic staffing and operational scalability plans
- Design and support office operations and procedures
- Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute an amazing, high-touch candidate experience: sourcing best-in-class candidates, conducting outreach, and scheduling interviews
- Manage and run the training and on-boarding process for all new employees
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to easily connect with all types of people
- Ability to multi-task in a challenging and fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
