About the role
- Provides education regarding continuum of care services (i.e. hospice, palliative and supportive care).
- JOB QUALIFICATIONS: - Knowledge of Hospice philosophy of care.
Responsibilities
- Develop plans of care for referral sources based upon referral practices and identify barriers to early referral.
- Develop and maintain good customer knowledge base.
- Ability to document customer compliments and complaints into the Halifax EMS system.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Hospice philosophy of care.
- Good written, verbal and public speaking skills required.
- Bachelor's degree in related field or higher or equivalent years of experience.
- Knowledge of Hospice philosophy of care. Medicare conditions of participation; State of Florida regulations governing hospice; hospice operations and sales and marketing.
- Healthcare experience, medical sales and marketing experience preferred.
- Possession of valid Florida driver license and clear driving record.
