Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including data entry, basic formulas, and spreadsheet management)
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English.
  • Familiarity with maintenance operations, repair processes, and inventory management is highly desirable.
  • Must successfully establish employment eligibility and satisfactorily complete background checks and required pre-employment testing as a condition of employment.

  • Scope of Position
  • The Maintenance & Toolroom Coordinator provides clerical and administrative support to the Maintenance and Toolroom Department.
  • The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with systems and data in a fast-paced environment.
  • This position reports to the Facilities and Maintenance Manager, is onsite and is based in Franklin, NH.
  • Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the Maintenance and Toolroom Departments.
  • Coordinate external service providers and contractors.
  • Procure replacement parts, spare parts, and maintenance-related supplies.
  • Manage maintenance, spare parts, and toolroom inventories.
  • Support CMMS implementation, administration, and data accuracy.
