About the role
- As Comtronic grows, this role carries a clear path toward sales leadership.
- You will be the primary driver of new software bookings across Debtmaster EVO, our Consumer Portal, and our Client Portal.
- You will stay close to our existing customer base to surface expansion opportunities, gather market intelligence, and help shape our go-to-market approach as our product suite evolves.
Responsibilities
- This is an individual contributor role for someone who is energized by building pipeline, running their own deals from start to finish, and working directly alongside the CEO.
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close - both new logo and existing customer expansion.
- Deliver structured product demonstrations, with support available during ramp for complex Debtmaster EVO engagements.
- Manage a disciplined CRM pipeline with accurate, timely forecasting to the CEO.
- Execute smooth handoffs from closed sale to the support team.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to product and support teams to help inform product direction.

Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B software sales experience with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field - or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in the debt collection, financial services, or a related regulated industry.
- Familiarity with subscription-based software business models.
- Track record of identifying and adopting AI tools to improve sales productivity - not just awareness, but active use.
Compensation
- Base salary: $75,000
