- You'll lead product for credit decisioning, fulfillment, and acquisitions in support of a growing Personal Loans business, owning the backend services and platform capabilities that power how loans get approved and issued.
Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for credit decisioning, fulfillment, and acquisitions capabilities
- Define requirements for backend services and distributed systems that support Personal Loans origination
- Partner with engineering to design platform-based products that scale across multiple use cases
- Lead scrum teams through planning, backlog management, and delivery ceremonies
- You'll lead product for credit decisioning, fulfillment, and acquisitions in support of a growing Personal Loans business, owning the backend services and platform capabilities that power how loans get approved and issued.
Requirements
- Experience leading product for backend services and distributed systems, ideally platform-based products
- Experience leading scrum teams, including backlog ownership and sprint ceremonies
- Minimum Degree Required:
Nice to have
- Banking or financial services industry experience, credit decisioning or lending a strong plus
- Some exposure to front end product work is a plus, but not required
- Engineering background preferred, not required, but comfort going deep on technical detail is important
