Direct Manager/Direct Reports: - This Position typically reports to Director Supply Chain Analytics. - This role has 3 direct reports.

20% - Implementation - Develops, plans and implements department's goals and objectives.
50% - Team Leadership - Manages, develops, and maintains a team dedicated to analytics projects throughout numerous elements of the supply chain.

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.

Working knowledge of Tableau
Working knowledge of presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint)
Proficient with data mining software (e.g., IBM Cognos Business Intelligence, Hadoop)
Ability to draw accurate conclusions from financial documentation
Demonstrated project management skills
Ability to convey complex or technical ideas and processes in easy-to-understand terms to diverse audiences
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
M.S. in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, supply chain or related quantitative field
