About the role

  • As a Process Engineer, you will play a key role in improving production performance, solving technical issues, and driving process improvements.
  • You'll work closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure Process lines operate safely, efficiently, and in line with product specifications and customer expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and improve processes for new and existing products.
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for process or equipment-related issues.
  • Design and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process documentation.
  • Support the launch of new products and equipment, ensuring alignment with quality, timing, and cost targets.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement lean Process initiatives and reduce waste.
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams on preventive maintenance planning and production equipment upgrades.
  • Support training for operators and technicians for new or updated processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of lean Process, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Nice to have

  • Experience with automation, robotics, or CNC machining.
  • Knowledge of quality tools such as PFMEA, control plans, and statistical process control (SPC).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems or MES platforms.
  • Experience supporting IATF 16949 or ISO 9001 certified environments.
