About the role

As a Process Engineer, you will play a key role in improving production performance, solving technical issues, and driving process improvements.
You'll work closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure Process lines operate safely, efficiently, and in line with product specifications and customer expectations.

Develop, implement, and improve processes for new and existing products.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for process or equipment-related issues.
Design and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process documentation.
Support the launch of new products and equipment, ensuring alignment with quality, timing, and cost targets.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement lean Process initiatives and reduce waste.
Collaborate with maintenance teams on preventive maintenance planning and production equipment upgrades.
Support training for operators and technicians for new or updated processes.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Working knowledge of lean Process, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Experience with automation, robotics, or CNC machining.
Knowledge of quality tools such as PFMEA, control plans, and statistical process control (SPC).
Familiarity with ERP systems or MES platforms.
Experience supporting IATF 16949 or ISO 9001 certified environments.

3+ years' experience in a Process or production environment (automotive industry preferred).
