About the role

  • This is a senior, high-impact leadership role responsible for ensuring that revenue operations, customer operations, supply coordination, and internal execution scale smoothly as the company grows from ~10 to 100+ employees.
  • You will sit at the center of the business, overseeing end-to-end operations across revenue, customers, and infrastructure.
  • Many current workflows are still manual or bespoke, and you will be responsible for implementing scalable processes that improve visibility, consistency, and execution without slowing the company down.

Responsibilities

  • We're seeking a Head of Operations to own and scale the operational backbone of Hyperbolic during a period of rapid growth.
  • You will directly manage and mentor the Business Operations Specialist, supporting execution across finance operations, onboarding workflows, and cross-functional process design.
  • This is a highly hands-on role for someone who can both build scalable systems and step directly into execution when needed.

Requirements

  • 10-15 years of experience in operations, business operations, or general management within high-growth technology companies
  • Proven experience scaling early-stage companies through rapid growth phases
  • Experience managing and mentoring high-performing operations teams
  • Strong understanding of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and revenue tracking
  • This includes managing billing and invoicing systems, aligning GPU supply with customer demand, and building the operational rigor required to support a global compute marketplace.

Nice to have

  • Background in cloud infrastructure, GPU compute, AI infrastructure, or marketplace businesses
  • Experience contributing to revenue operations, pricing strategy, or infrastructure cost management
  • Familiarity with early-stage startup environments where ownership is broad and roles evolve quickly
  • Track record of improving operational efficiency, margins, or customer experience in high-growth environments
  • Experience working closely with founders or executive teams in high-urgency settings
  • Hyperbolic scales from ~10 to 100+ employees without operational breakdowns
  • Revenue operations, billing, and invoicing systems are reliable and scalable
  • GPU supply and customer demand are efficiently aligned
