About the role
- Bakery Hosts may also assist with other Magnolia Foods business entities as business requires.
- This position works from Silos Baking Co. in Waco, Texas.
- It reports to the Assistant Store Manager and has no supervisory responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a calm and friendly demeanor during periods of high volume
- Perform cash wrap and point of sale duties in an efficient and timely manner
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Ability to proactively understand and meet guest needs, ensuring a personalized and guest-centric experience.
Skills
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining kitchen equipment, such as mixers, ovens, and other equipment preferred.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- 0- 1 years of related work experience preferred &
- Eye for detail, accuracy, and complete all tasks in a timely manner.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
