About the role
- Thousands of hospitals across the country depend on these systems to submit quality measure data that reflects the care beneficiaries receive in their facility.

Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and relevant documentation that align with software specifications and user requirements to ensure thorough testing of features and functionalities.
- Implement and conduct performance and security testing following best practices and business requirements.
- We do this through HCD and Service design practices, product thinking, and skilled engineering.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 8+ years of development experience
- Experience with Java / Springboot
- Experience with GoLang, Python, Angular or TypeScript, and Java (at least 2)
- Experience in Agile development methodology
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform
- Experience with fully automated CI/CD pipelines from commit through production deployment
- Experience working with HL7 FHIR standards, including resources, profiles, and implementation guides
- Experience with Clinical Quality Language (CQL) or exposure to measure logic execution
- Experience working with FHIR servers such as HAPI FHIR or similar platforms
- Experience designing or consuming FHIR resources such as Measure, MeasureReport, Patient, Encounter, and Observation
- US Citizenship or Green Card only - we do not offer Sponsorship
- US Residency for at least the past 3 years
- Able to meet the requirements to hold a position of Public Trust, including successful completion of a US Government background investigation
