About the role

To qualify for this position, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to FV-H, FG/GS-12, CPC level.

If you are not FSS facility rated, you must attend, complete and pass the Alaska Flight Service Training Academy.
Applicants must have specialized experience in an air traffic facility which demonstrates possession of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to perform the level of work of the advertised position.
This experience must have provided a comprehensive knowledge of appropriate air traffic control laws, rules and regulations.
The FAA 3330-43 (unrated) is a required form which will be used when making qualifications determination.
