About the role

  • Testing, Installation, & Commissioning - Coordinate testing, installation, and commissioning of software at customer sites.
  • Up to a seven-year history will be considered, including incarceration or court supervision.
  • A Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check will be conducted upon hire and annually thereafter in accordance with Loram's Driving Policy - All applicants must successfully pass a pre-employment drug.

Requirements

  • Current and prior relevant employment experience will be verified to confirm the candidate meets the minimum required years of experience for the position.
  • 8 + years of hands-on Software Design and Development, Object Oriented Analysis/Design & GUI development experience required.

Skills

  • 5+ years of full stack.NET Framework with C#, Web development (.NET core, ASP.net, web API).
  • 3+ years of working with SQL and NoSQL databases
  • 3+ years working with the following AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, CloudWatch
  • 12+ years combination of education and experience in software engineering in leu of education
  • Experience using Claude Code CLI and managing an agentic environment (*.md, tooling, workflows).
  • Experience with popular front-end tools: TanStack, TailwindCSS, Zod, and shadcn.
  • Familiar with Infrastructure-as-Code and Terraform.
  • Excellent communication skills used within any social context.

Compensation

  • Loram determines compensation based on factors such as skills, competencies, education, and/or experience.
  • Certain positions may be eligible for an annual bonus and paid time off in addition to base compensation.
