About the role
- Paul, Minnesota location in the Structural Heart division.
- This individual will proactively coordinate activities and projects in a timely way to ensure team success.
- The role includes interactions with internal stakeholders as well as with applicable outside vendors.
Responsibilities
- The clinical project coordinator will be responsible for managing activities to support clinical team logistics and other non-technical projects to support a key clinical trial for a Class 3 implantable device.
- Assure project quality by using standard development methodologies and by working with stakeholders to develop and execute project quality plans.
- Cultivate a wide range of internal networks and begin to develop an extensive external network of resources to facilitate completion of tasks.
- Direct project execution by assigning tasks, tracking project schedules, identifying risks, and developing and executing contingency plans.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in clinical science.
- 4-6 years of related work experience.
- Experience working with physicians and hospitals.
- Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet.
- Develop a strong understanding of business unit function and cross-group dependencies/relationships.
Nice to have
- Masters Degree preferred.
