Our Assistant General Managers partner with the General Manager to create an environment in the store that authentically embodies the Philz culture.
You will partner with the General Manager to execute company initiatives, drive financial results, and impact the store's operations.
Create a community focused on providing an exemplary customer experience and bettering days
Maintain an operationally and financially solid environment.
Develop a deep understanding of the store's performance to drive improvements and achieve financial goals.
Ability to manage a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude

3+ years experience in a retail or customer service environment
Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach others

You will be responsible for coaching a team of individuals committed to providing exceptional customer service and coming together to create a welcoming and inclusive environment, for our customers and team.
