About the role
- We are now hiring candidates for Egg Handler Post. The Egg Handler is responsible for the traying, loading and transferring of eggs and performing building and equipment maintenance as needed. Job Description:
- Trays eggs into incubator racks according to schedule and transfers eggs from incubators to hatchers
Requirements
- Previous egg handling experience required
- Knowledge of egg handling procedures
- Ability to work independently
- Mechanical ability and knowledge of hatchery equipment
- Math aptitude including ability to add & subtract
- Ability to work with patience and diligence
- also performs maintenance and production duties as required to cover for vacations or absences throughout the hatchery
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
