About the role

We are seeking a Site Superintendent to join Akash Homes in Edmonton, Alberta.
This role is responsible for managing residential construction projects from excavation through to possession.
It's about delivering a finished product that families will live in for years to come.

You will oversee daily site activity, coordinate trades and suppliers, ensure homes are delivered on schedule and maintain the high quality standards Akash Homes is known for.
You'll manage multiple homes at different stages of construction while coordinating trades, resolving issues quickly and ensuring every home meets our quality and safety standards.

Top 3 Priorities for Your First 6 Months Deliver homes on schedule while maintaining Akash Homes' construction and quality standards.
Build strong working relationships with trade partners and internal teams to keep projects moving efficiently.
What You'll Own Manage all phases of residential construction from excavation through possession.
Coordinate trades, suppliers and inspections to maintain build schedules.
Complete pre possession walkthroughs and manage post possession deficiency work.
Maintain clear communication with internal teams including Drafting, Estimating, Sales and Customer Experience.
Maintain clean, organized and safe worksites across active construction projects What You'll Bring Experience supervising residential construction sites or managing homebuilding projects.

Strong communication and problem solving skills when coordinating trades and resolving issues on site.
