Responsibilities

  • Maintain caregiver shift preferences and availability in an active scheduling database
  • Track and maintain associate licenses and certifications
  • Approve payroll and manage timecards for the clinical team
  • Collaborate with HR and DHS on performance concerns, workers' comp, and leaves of absence
  • Foster strong relationships with caregivers, nurses, and community leaders to support retention and satisfaction
  • You understand the importance of efficient scheduling, strong communication, and supporting a team that delivers exceptional care to residents living with memory impairments.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Familiarity with scheduling software and dementia care practices
  • Experience in healthcare scheduling, preferably with dementia-related care
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Empathetic communication style and a "can-do" attitude

Compensation

  • Anticipated pay range
  • $66,000 - $66,000 USD
