Responsibilities
- Maintain caregiver shift preferences and availability in an active scheduling database
- Track and maintain associate licenses and certifications
- Approve payroll and manage timecards for the clinical team
- Collaborate with HR and DHS on performance concerns, workers' comp, and leaves of absence
- Foster strong relationships with caregivers, nurses, and community leaders to support retention and satisfaction
- You understand the importance of efficient scheduling, strong communication, and supporting a team that delivers exceptional care to residents living with memory impairments.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Familiarity with scheduling software and dementia care practices
- Experience in healthcare scheduling, preferably with dementia-related care
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Empathetic communication style and a "can-do" attitude
Compensation
- Anticipated pay range
- $66,000 - $66,000 USD
