Responsibilities

  • General Accounting Close Support
  • Aid clients in developing a streamlined monthly close process
  • Validate the existence of assets and prepare associated roll forwards
  • Support various aspects of accounting compliance, including tax forms, sales tax exemptions, 1099s, etc., while also contributing to the preparation of financial statements and the development of internal controls and policies
  • Help prepare budgets or forecasts and develop reports for management or regulatory bodies
  • Financial Reporting Support
  • Support SEC filing, design of reporting processes, restatement assistance, and traditional 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K filings
  • Operations Support
  • Partner with IT teams to integrate financial systems during acquisitions

Requirements

  • Willingness to travel domestically up to 40%. Travel varies based on client preferences. (With that said, our approach to travel is a thoughtful, meaningful one and we do our best to avoid scheduling back-to-back extended travel projects. Even so, travel will vary project-to-project based on client preferences and may sometimes come in "bursts.")

The following range takes into account a wide range of factors including but not limited to, skills, experience, education, licenses, certifications, business needs, and internal equity. An estimate of the current range is $124,500 - $260,000 per year + annual bonus + additional benefits.
