- About the Role Regional Property Managers are responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a diverse portfolio of affordable multifamily housing communities in accordance with company policies, regulatory requirements, lease agreements, and applicable federal, state, and local laws. This role requires a strong understanding of affordable housing

- This role requires a strong understanding of affordable housing programs and compliance requirements, including LIHTC, HUD, RD, and other subsidized housing programs as applicable.
- Regional Property Managers report directly to the Vice President of Multifamily for Meritus Property Group.
- experience with other software programs including Microsoft Office, SAP Concur, and TenantTech preferred Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
