About the role

  • This includes, but not limited to, handling receiving, inventory, storing and distributing all products within the Marketplace.
  • In addition, this individual will be responsible for purchasing ingredients and scheduling staff.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage employee schedules to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized working environment.

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) required.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred.
  • Experience in operating a pallet jack preferred.

Compensation

  • All final pay rates will be determined by candidates experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
