About the role

  • The Supervisor, Paramedic is responsible for the day-to-day operations during the shift including, but not limited to scheduling, handling complaints, supervising all staff, and ensuring proper patient care is provided.
  • Paramedic supervisor will provide medical care and transportation of emergency and non-emergency patients at the Paramedic level of care defined by the State EMS scope of practice.
  • Handles issues regarding fleet maintenance and ensure preventative maintenance is being performed

Requirements

  • American Heart Association ACLS Advanced Cardiac Life Support (required)
  • American Heart Association PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support (required)
  • Current paramedic-level certification in state of practice (required)
  • Valid State Driver's License (required)
  • Employees may be required to perform other job-related duties as required by their supervisor, subject to reasonable accommodation.

Nice to have

  • High School Diploma or GED (required)
  • Emergency Vehicle Operations Course (required within 6 months of hire)
  • Associate degree (preferred)

  • $60k-$301k
