About the role

Our client, a growing alternative investment manager, is seeking an Investor Relations & Fundraising Associate to join its capital formation team.
This individual will play a key role in supporting fundraising initiatives, investor communications, and business development efforts across the firm's investment strategies.
This role offers significant exposure to fundraising, product positioning, investor reporting, and strategic projects within a collaborative investment environment.

Support fundraising and business development initiatives through the preparation of marketing materials, investor presentations, and fundraising collateral.
Manage and coordinate responses to investor due diligence requests, RFPs, DDQs, consultant questionnaires, and other information requests.
Draft, review, and maintain investor-facing materials to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with firm messaging.
Partner with investment, finance, operations, and legal teams to gather and synthesize information for prospective and existing investors.
Maintain investor databases, marketing content, and fundraising documentation.
Support strategic projects related to capital raising, product development, and business growth initiatives.
Strong written communication skills with the ability to develop polished, professional investor-facing materials.

3-7 years of experience within investor relations, capital raising, fundraising support, investment banking, private credit, private equity, asset management, or a related financial services environment.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
