About the role

  • Our client, a growing alternative investment manager, is seeking an Investor Relations & Fundraising Associate to join its capital formation team.
  • This individual will play a key role in supporting fundraising initiatives, investor communications, and business development efforts across the firm's investment strategies.
  • This role offers significant exposure to fundraising, product positioning, investor reporting, and strategic projects within a collaborative investment environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support fundraising and business development initiatives through the preparation of marketing materials, investor presentations, and fundraising collateral.
  • Manage and coordinate responses to investor due diligence requests, RFPs, DDQs, consultant questionnaires, and other information requests.
  • Draft, review, and maintain investor-facing materials to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with firm messaging.
  • Partner with investment, finance, operations, and legal teams to gather and synthesize information for prospective and existing investors.
  • Maintain investor databases, marketing content, and fundraising documentation.
  • Support strategic projects related to capital raising, product development, and business growth initiatives.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to develop polished, professional investor-facing materials.

Requirements

  • 3-7 years of experience within investor relations, capital raising, fundraising support, investment banking, private credit, private equity, asset management, or a related financial services environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Compensation

  • $125k-$200k
