Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily warehouse activities and manage time allocation for operational tasks.
- Ensure fast and efficient material storage response to support outbound operational needs.
- Lead daily start-up meetings (shift huddles) with the assigned team.
- Monitor productivity by shift and support operational performance tracking.
- Support continuous improvement and warehouse organization initiatives, including 5S.
- Maintain housekeeping and organization standards throughout warehouse areas.
- Support training and evaluations for assigned associates.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of warehouse, inventory control, or fulfillment experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and urgency.
Nice to have
- Experience with WMS, RF scanners, and handheld devices preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Compensation
- $18.00 per hour
