About the role

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Terabase Energy.
  • You will be important to the success of our innovative solar construction approach by keeping our equipment in the highest operational state.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing our pre-assembly factory comprised of customized mechanical systems, motors, actuators, sensors, basic electrical and vehicular systems.

Responsibilities

  • To fully unlock the potential of this opportunity, Terabase is developing an interconnected software and construction automation platform.
  • We work alongside project developers, owners, and engineering & construction firms to support the design, optimization, and construction of huge solar projects around the world.
  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on all mechanical/electrical equipment Correct Tier 1 issues and elevate issues to Tier 2 support engineers with discretion.

Requirements

  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • 80% travel required to project sites across the United States.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's or Associates degree in a technical or engineering discipline is preferred.

Compensation

  • $80k-$110k
