About the role

Responsibilities
- The head coach is responsible for implementing a Division I Intercollegiate Lacrosse program while developing departmental and University policy.
Requirements
- Candidates must have a valid driver's license.
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university and prior lacrosse coaching experience at the collegiate level are required.
- Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- A thorough knowledge of the game of Lacrosse.
- The ability to recruit top-quality student-athletes.
- Required Document Attachments:
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university and prior lacrosse coaching experience at the collegiate level are required. Candidates with a master's degree and prior experience coaching at the Division I level are preferred. Candidates must have NCAA Recruiting Certification: completed annually prior to July 31st.

Skills
- Working knowledge of NCAA rules in relation to men's lacrosse.
- NCAA Recruiting test which allows the coach to recruit off-campus
- Knowledge to identify prospective student-athletes who can be successful in a rigorous academic and athletic environment.
- A thorough knowledge of the game of Lacrosse. The ability to recruit top-quality student-athletes.
Compensation
- Candidates must have NCAA Recruiting Certification: completed annually prior to July 31st.
