About the role
- We're hiring an AI Product Manager to help shape and grow our core application.
- You'll use new AI technologies to solve real customer problems in ways they love and that work for our business.
- This hire will join a strong team of UX designers, front-end, back-end, and data engineers.
Responsibilities
- Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical partners.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience building AI products and 3+ years of product management or similar experience.
- Able to design and evaluate prompts, contexts, and model behaviors.
Skills
- Strong user research and customer discovery skills.
- Generalist knowledge of both engineering and design.
- Familiarity with how AI models and AI agents are built and maintained.
- Analytical thinker, comfortable with data and experimentation.
- Great communicator and collaborator.
- Curious, adaptable, and motivated by learning.

- The annual base salary for this position is anticipated to be $215,000 with a 10% performance bonus, and equity.
