About the role
- As a Floating Maintenance Technician II, you'll ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of multiple residential communities throughout the Austin, TX region.
- Travel throughout the region is supported by a monthly auto allowance.
- From repairing electrical and plumbing systems to preparing apartments for new residents, your work will directly impact the quality of life for our residents.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily maintenance and repairs in electrical, plumbing, and appliances

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Driver's License is required
- Minimum one year of previous experience in property management maintenance, other building maintenance, or related trade required
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to be on-call for after-hours emergencies
Compensation
- Pay range is a calculation based on a midpoint price.
- Fairfield complies with all wage and hour laws, including minimum wage and salary exempt requirements.
