Responsibilities
- Daily Schedule adherence utilizing Visual Management, IFS and hour-by-hour document
- Lead your team by example

Requirements

- 4 years of related experience
- Master's Degree in Business, or related field of study.
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and IFS or similar OS.

- Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, or related field of study, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Desired:
- 4 or more years of direct industry experience
- Certifications-Lean Manufacturing
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have the following knowledge, skills and abilities:
- Demonstrated exceptional team building skills
- Ability to operate forklift
- Organized with excellent communication skills
