About the role
- We are seeking an experienced risk professional to join the BXCI Enterprise Risk team in a senior leadership capacity.
- The role will focus on identifying, assessing, monitoring, and reporting key risks across a broad range of investment strategies, products, structures, and platforms.
- The role will be part of a team supporting a broad range of investment and financing strategies, including:
Responsibilities
- Partner with and influence business leaders and corporate functions to enhance risk governance, controls, escalation protocols, and enterprise risk reporting.
- Lead and manage cross-functional projects related to enterprise risk initiatives, governance enhancements, process improvements, and strategic business priorities.
- Drive project planning, stakeholder coordination, execution tracking, and delivery of key risk management initiatives across multiple teams and functions.
- Lead risk assessments across key functional areas including operations, treasury, legal, compliance, finance, technology, cybersecurity, and valuation.
- Lead thematic reviews and deep dives into areas such as operational resiliency, vendor risk, data governance, model governance, and business continuity.
- Manage and develop junior risk professionals and help build the broader risk organization.
- Demonstrated project management experience, including managing multiple workstreams, coordinate stakeholders, and deliver complex initiatives in dynamic environments.
- Advising on marketing plans prepared by a sales team or developing and/or contributing information for marketing materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- High degree of professionalism, sound judgment, and intellectual curiosity.

Compensation
- $200,000 - $250,000
- Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location.
- For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
- Additional compensation and benefits offered in connection with the role consist of comprehensive health benefits, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, and FSA benefits; paid time off; life insurance; 401(k) plan; and discretionary bonuses.
- Certain employees may also be eligible for equity and other incentive compensation at Blackstone's sole discretion.
