  • Must be able to make decisions in difficult situations pertinent to victim rights cases and have the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions from supervisors and investigators.
  • Must have the ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Must be able to speak to individuals, small- and medium-size groups.
