Responsibilities

  • Planning: Tactical, Strategic: Knowledge of effective planning techniques and ability to contribute to operational (short term), tactical (1-2 years) and strategic (3-5 years) planning in support of the overall business plan.

  • Strategic Program Leadership - Demonstrated ability to support and influence global business strategies by partnering with leadership teams, driving key initiatives, and ensuring operational execution aligns with broader organizational objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management - Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders across finance, operations, technology, and commercial teams to deliver customer-focused solutions and achieve business goals.
  • Global Process Design & Standardization - Ability to develop, document, and implement consistent accounting and operational requirements across multiple regions, creating scalable solutions that support growth and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Experience leading or supporting the expansion of financial programs across international markets, navigating varying business requirements while establishing scalable processes, controls, and operational frameworks.

Compensation

  • $151,440.00 - $242,304.00
  • Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
  • Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
