Responsibilities
- Partner with engineers and project teams to support power plant operations, maintenance, and capital projects
- Collaborate across teams to support safe, efficient, and compliant operations
- Interest in project management, engineering design, and plant operations
- Interest in building a long-term career in the energy or utility industry

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited program
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear recommendations
- Willingness and ability to relocate upon completion of the program
- Internship or co-op experience in power generation, utilities, manufacturing, or industrial environments
