- This role will leverage your clinical understanding, expertise of Evidence Based Medicine, alongside deep global payer knowledge, and competitive insights to shape Phase II/III clinical development programs for pre-launch compounds.
Responsibilities
- Experience in developing and managing market access strategies globally
- Builds strong relationships with peers and cross functionally with partners outside of team to enable higher performance
- Embraces the ideas of others, nurtures innovation and manages innovation to reality
- Lead the VAT on creation/maintenance of core payer materials, support of HTA submissions, and optimization of payer evidence generation
- Identify/manage competitive opportunities/threats from a market access perspective for the Psychiatry and Parkinson's portfolio
- Lead the development of Global IASs for assets within the pipeline, notably within disease areas such as depression, bipolar, and schizophrenia
- Develop/maintain the Payer Value Story (consistent with the Brand Story) for all assets/indications in assigned portfolio
- Lead team of direct reports to develop compelling core Payer materials based on deep payer insights
Requirements
- B.A/B.S required
Nice to have
- 10- 15 years of experience in Pricing and Market Access, ideally at a global, area of or 5LBU country level
- prefer degree in a scientific or economic area.
Compensation
- $10k-$15k

- Provide input into clinical development programs to ensure endpoints (i.e., clinical, economic and humanistic outcomes) are incorporated that will optimize price, reimbursement and ultimately patient access globally.
