About the role
- Responsible for oversight of Foundation reporting and recordkeeping functions, including financial management, gift annuities, and database systems.
- Prepares materials and reports for Board and committee meetings, including monthly financial statements.
- Communicate with Foundation Financial Advisors as needed and schedule their reporting to the committee mid-year and year-end.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Programs Manager in all Foundation Programs (scholarship, Angel Fund, etc.), fund balances, approval of fund requests and additional financial recordkeeping.
- Will perform all job duties or job tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field required.
Nice to have
- CPA, MBA, or advanced degree preferred.
