Responsibilities
- Develop individualized occupational therapy exercise programs and home programs for families to implement, to maximize functional outcomes
- A direct manager for operational support
- A Lead Occupational Therapist for clinical guidance, training, and documentation review
Requirements
- Graduated from an accredited university with a bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy.
- Knowledge and understanding of children's developmental stages from ages 0-18 to properly analyze the growth, movement (motor), cognitive, and maturation process/transition between skill levels.
- Previous pediatric experience is required through employment or clinical rotation.
Nice to have
- Sensory & Feeding experience are a plus!
Compensation
- Base Salary for full time OT/R includes therapy sessions and administrative time (documentation, caregiver communication, etc.) for full-time W2 positions.
- Independent contractors and part-time employees are paid per visit
