Requirements
- J.D. degree, admitted to practice and in good standing with the California bar
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in contract drafting and negotiation, ideally in a SaaS or technology context, in-house or law firm background welcome
- Strong candidates are solutions-oriented, eager to learn, and have some direct experience with software or cloud agreements.
Nice to have
- Prior experience supporting SaaS, cloud software, or technology companies.
- Exposure to data privacy, procurement, intellectual property, or compliance matters.
- Interest in legal operations, process improvement, and AI-enabled productivity tools.
- All employment is decided on the basis of qualifications, merit and business need.
Compensation
- $160k-$190k
