Responsibilities

  • Platform Optimization & Support
  • Partner with business units and Multi-Family BA to understand processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with IT and vendors to implement ProLink quarterly updates and new features.
  • Validate system changes through testing and ensure smooth deployment.
  • Develop and maintain reporting tools, queries, and dashboards to support decision-making.
  • Perform data validation activities.
  • Manage data mapping of imported data from various sources into ProLink.
  • Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and vendor support teams on technical matters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business language.

  • ProLink Expertise: Understanding of modules, workflows, and configuration options.
  • ​ Licenses/ Certifications: Not required, but certifications in business analysis, project management, or ProLink training are a plus.
