About the role
- The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented maker who thrives in a fast-paced environment, ensuring consistent quality, efficiency, and reliability across all projects.
Responsibilities
- Own the operation of our CEAD large-format additive manufacturing system and fleet of Bambu Lab printers.
- Perform machine calibration, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs
- Remove support material, clean, finish, and inspect printed parts
- Manage filament, pellets, consumables, and spare parts inventory
- Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, CNC, and Composite teams to support production
Requirements
- 3+ years operating industrial or professional 3D printing equipment
- Experience operating Bambu Lab, CEAD, or similar equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Experience performing preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and spend extended periods standing or moving throughout the production floor
