About the role

  • As a clinician-led, U.S.-based organization, we put people first - helping patients feel seen and supported through faster therapy starts, dedicated care coordination, and meaningful collaboration.
  • LUX Infusion is seeking a Per Diem Infusion Nurse (RN) to provide in-home and suite-based infusion therapy.
  • This role is responsible for safely administering IV treatments, monitoring patient response, and delivering high-quality, patient-focused care while collaborating with internal and external care teams.

Responsibilities

  • Insert, manage, and remove peripheral and central IV lines (PICC, Port, Midline)
  • Perform venipuncture and collect lab samples as ordered
  • Document all clinical activity accurately and in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with internal staff, agencies, and leadership to ensure continuity of care
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory, clinical, and company standards

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of RN experience
  • IV certification with experience in central line care and management
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally
  • Proficiency with venous access and phlebotomy
  • Basic Microsoft Office proficiency

Nice to have

  • BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing)
  • Multi-state RN licensure
  • Prior home infusion experience
  • Advanced experience with PICC, Port, and Midline access
  • Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking
  • Ability to work independently in a home-based setting
  • High attention to detail and documentation accuracy
  • Compassionate, patient-first mindset
