About the role

You run the full sales-cycle: discoveries, qualifying accounts, getting inside their product roadmap, structuring the agreement and commercials, and closing them.
You join a sales team that's already closing.
This is an individual contributor role with maximum deal responsibility.

Few people get to build a bank from scratch.
Even fewer get to build one at a moment when banking itself is being reinvented.
Either they build on legacy clearing banks that are slow and unreliable, or they interface with middleware providers that don't move and hold the dollars directly, but themselves rely on underlying legacy banks.
You will take over your own pipeline from day 1 and work on building relationships and meeting your first clients in person.
You build systems that make the problem smaller.

5+ years in strategic partnerships, business development or strategic sales, where you personally sourced and closed complex deals with sophisticated counterparties.
You've structured your first commercial proposals and you are getting close to signing your first deals.
You have established a good operating mode with product, growth, compliance and account management.
You have subject matter credibility in your space.
You enjoy betting on yourself.

The annual US OTE salary range for this role is $200,000-$400,000 + equity.
The range provided is the role's On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, which is inclusive of base salary and incentive compensation.
