About the role
- You'll be hands‑on with precision aluminum welding, forming, fitting, and robotic/automated welding systems.
- The work includes operating mechanized welding systems, fabricating tooling, handling raw materials, and supporting shop operations in a fast‑paced environment where quality and safety are essential.
Responsibilities
- Quickly fabricate and weld tooling to support production
- Perform Class A quality aluminum welds
- Collaborate with Engineering on tooling improvements and solving build issues
- Work with x‑ray technicians and support other NDT processes
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Requirements
- 5+ years of Class A TIG welding experience ( or equivalent from other industry)
- 5+ years of fabrication and forming experience
- Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints
- Familiarity with NDT processes such as X‑ray and other inspection techniques
- Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
- 5+ years of Class A D17.1 aerospace welding experience
