A strong commitment to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance is essential, alongside managing budgets and resources to optimize financial and operational performance.

Requirements

Technical Skills Required Possesses critical thinking skills and maintains an enthusiastic and positive approach toward employees and the job function.
Proficiency with 2D and 3D CAD platforms such as:
Experience Required Degree in mechanical/electrical engineering required or extensive applicable experience in a related role.

Skills

Proficiency with 2D and 3D CAD platforms such as: AutoCad, Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks, Onshape.
Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for overseeing maintenance schedules, inventory, and work orders.
Expertise in project management tools and software to track project timelines, resources, and milestones effectively.
Familiarity with productivity software for data analysis and presentation (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint).
Understanding of compliance and safety standards relevant to manufacturing and engineering (e.g., OSHA, ISO).
Technical skills related to manufacturing technologies, such as automation and robotics, could be advantageous.
