About the role
- Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring an Opening Day Collection Manager to contribute to our Library Services (ILS) team in our La Vergne, TN office.
- You'll coordinate and communicate all discussions between ILS and a customer during the initial gathering phase.
- In addition, you will work closely with ILS Bids and Contracts, Sales, Technical Services, Operations, Transportation, and Collection Development to ensure project success.
Responsibilities
- Serves as the project manager working together with sales, systems, bids/contracts, technical services, collection development, transportation, and ILS operations to develop the project plan and timeline.
- Volunteer opportunities and in-kind drives for non-profits throughout the year
- In this role, you will manage all Opening Day Collections and/or other special projects, ensure a complete intake and understanding of their needs and timeline to create a positive customer experience and on-time delivery.
- You will be responsible for profile/ specification intake into ILS format, developing and managing ODC project plans, and facilitation of account setup as deemed appropriate.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Library Science
- 3 years' experience in an operational, analytical role
- 3 years leading process improvement, change management, integration projects, project management
Nice to have
- Strong Project Management experience
- Experience using MS Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Ability to travel up to 10%
Compensation
- $65,224 - $82,466.
- This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position.
