Responsibilities
- With a strong commitment to safety, they work collaboratively with a team, including aerial foremen and fellow team members, to develop work plans, schedules, and safety measures.
- Aerial Linemen utilize specialized equipment, such as bucket trucks and aerial lifts, to perform tasks at elevated heights.

- Qualifications and Experience: Eligibility for US Employment without sponsorship Minimum of 18 years of age High School Diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred Must have a valid Driver's License subject to successful verification through a DMV check, is mandatory Valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License) and medical card in good standing preferred Minimum of three years of experience in aerial construction, maintenance, and repair work Knowledge of electrical principles and safety procedures required Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to work in all weather conditions and in high elevations Ability to travel to multiple work sites, work overtime, weekends, holidays, or off hours as needed The ability to effectively communicate in English, including speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension, as necessary for effective job performance and workplace communication Proficiency in Spanish Language desirable
