About the role

  • The ideal candidate will possess strong project management fundamentals, experience working in Agile environments, and exposure to infrastructure technologies such as networking, hosting, architecture, or database management.

Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Initiation Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and timelines.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery.
  • Project Execution Manage day-to-day execution of assigned projects.
  • Work with internal teams and external vendors to define and implement technical solutions.
  • Lead project team meetings and distribute status reports.
  • Manage project change requests and maintain project documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Project Management with prior experience in systems development or support.
  • Strong understanding of Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • PMP, PMI-ACP, or Master's Certificate in Project Management.
  • Experience working in a SAFe environment.
  • Experience with PPM tools and Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally.
  • Exposure to infrastructure technologies including: Networking Hosting and Cloud Infrastructure Infrastructure Architecture Database Management
  • Define project strategy, technical and business requirements, and project roadmaps.
  • Ensure project objectives align with defined business goals and requirements.
  • Coordinate staff assignments and facilitate meetings with project teams and business stakeholders.
  • Execute operational readiness and transition activities.
