About the role

Today, we have more than 70 employees and two office locations in Parsippany, NJ and Provo, UT.
When an employee reaches six months of employment, they can work remotely one day per week.

Review documents that have been uploaded to make sure they have been processed correctly in the system.
Make determination on whether or not to accept the documents submitted.
Make/answer phone calls and emails to provide feedback on the documents received.
Bilingual Document Processor / International Compliance Analyst (Spanish or Mandarin)
Blending professional services with web-based applications, BCS continues to maintain its foothold as one of the industry leaders.

Prior work experience or industry knowledge NOT required.
Proficiency in speaking and reading in Spanish or Mandarin.
Ability to translate documentation and correspondence from Spanish/Mandarin-to-English and English-to-Spanish/Mandarin.
Required to report to the office in Parsippany, NJ Monday - Friday.

$20.50 per hour
Semi-Annual Pay Increases - Employee can earn up to a 2.5% pay rate increase every six months based on performance.
