Requirements
- Ability to travel 50-70% within assigned territory
- Skills: Proven time management abilities
- Travel & Mobility: Ability to travel daily within your assigned territory.
- Some overnight travel required, varying by region

Nice to have
- Know when to follow client requests and when to guide them toward better decisions.
- Overcome objections and convert hurdles into growth opportunities, while selling the GAF value proposition.
- Communicate complex topics (like market conditions) in a clear and professional manner.
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
Skills
- Valid driver's license required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, but a keen interest and motivation to grow in sales are equally valued
- Experience with SalesForce and Tableau is a bonus
- Bilingual is a plus
- Attributes: Highly motivated, independent, and possessing a strong desire for advancement within roofing sales.

Compensation
- $60,000-$82,500 (inclusive of base salary and an annualized commission target).
- We offer competitive salary, benefits, 401k, and vacation packages for all full time permanent positions.
- Base salary and/or rate of pay ranges listed are exclusive of fringe benefits and potential bonuses.
