  • Job Description Ares is currently searching for a highly motivated, detail-oriented team player to join as an Analyst or Associate on the Alternative Credit ("Alt Credit") Investor Relations Team in the New York office.
  • Ares is a leading participant in the global alternative credit markets with approximately $48.7 billion of assets under management ("AUM") invested across multiple, actively managed funds as of March 31, 2026.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to meet deadlines and perform under pressure;
  • Must also be able to develop relationships with a variety of internal Ares' constituents including marketing, finance and accounting, legal and compliance, portfolio management and investment professionals;
  • Create and develop content for marketing and due diligence materials such as private placement memorandums (PPM), pitch books, fact sheets, and due diligence questionnaires (DDQs) for investment vehicles
  • Help manage marketing initiatives in targeted regions and investor channels

Requirements

  • Problem solver with ability to research solutions and suggest resolutions;
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Intralinks or other data room platform
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • FINRA Series 7, 63 and SIE licenses required (or ability to obtain within 3 months from start date)
  • The role supports key strategic priorities and provides a high degree of visibility to senior management and investors.
  • The candidate must have strong organizational, interpersonal and analytical skills, as well as strong writing capabilities.

Compensation

  • The anticipated base salary range for this position is listed below.
  • Total compensation may also include a discretionary performance-based bonus.
  • $115,000.000 - $130,000.000
